Return Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept returns within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item has not been used, is in its original packaging, and is in the same condition as when it was received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item has not been opened, especially pet food, treats, supplements, or hygiene products (for hygiene and safety reasons).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The original invoice or order number is provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Items Not Eligible for Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pet food, treats, supplements, and any edible product once opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grooming products, shampoos, or items that have been in direct contact with pets after being opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customized or made-to-order products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items that have been used or damaged due to improper use or handling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase within 7 to 14 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
