We started using this water fountain last Saturday, and it’s a huge improvement over what we had been using for the past four years! I have three cats, and all of them love to drink water. This fountain is much quieter than the previous three we purchased. I also love having the app, since it lets you know when the water level is low. Even when the water is low, it remains extremely quiet. Our old fountains made so much noise that it was distracting when we watched TV (we keep the fountain about two feet away from where our TV is mounted). AND THE APP REMINDS YOU WHEN TO CLEAN YOUR FOUNTAIN AND CHANGE FILTERS! Huge plus for me. There have been multiple times, I skipped cleaning the fountain or replacing the filters because I just forgot. The stainless steel surface is easy to clean, as always. We’ve used both ceramic and plastic fountains with stainless steel surfaces before, but I prefer the stainless steel with plastic base because it’s lighter, making it easier to carry and clean. Also, I think my cats are sensitive to plastic smells—they refused to drink from at least two different plastic fountains in the past, but they have had no issues with this one.

Super easy to set up and add to the app. I like that you can take it off the base to refill the water and you don’t have to unplug it all the time. The cats took to it right away and it sends notifications when they drink from it and how much which is neat. It also lets me know when the water is low and when the filter needs to be changed which helps my ADHD brain. lol I also thought the cost was reasonable considering the smart technology benefits and the quality of the water fountain itself. It’s super quiet as well.
I received this product a week ago and so far it’s been working great! It’s very straightforward to use as well as maintain. My shy dog was a little apprehensive of the new device, but once she warmed up to it she loves drinking out of it. A lot quieter than my roommates old fountain too.
