It’s only day one of using the product but so far it’s going well. My kitty tends to be very skittish and scared of new devices especially ones that make noise or have automatic mechanics.. I enticed her with some applause canned chicken and crunchy treats (both commercial grade cat food)- she went up to it after a trail of crunchies and then ate out of the bowl! At first, she was a little, unsure, picked the food out and then ate it from the table, which is fine, but then she started eating directly from the bowl!

Seemingly perfect and a joy to use.
The perfect solution for feeding wet or raw meals. Chilled until meal time and it comes to room temperature for kitties who don’t like cold meals. Love the app and its ease of use. Love the sleek black color and think it’s a great value. I personally can’t hear it running at all and the cat immediately ate from it with no training. Also the ding ding is a pleasant sound that alerts the cat to the food door opening. I also do not think any cat would be able to break into this. It seems really high-quality and heavy. Every time I’ve taken the plate out to clean the unit. It has been very chilled, which makes me happy. The only improvement I could think to this would possibly make it to where you could have six portions instead of three and having a warmer on the dish that is being served to warm it slightly. The dishes don’t seem so deep that he will get whisker fatigue. Also, if you have a dangling bell or collar, it might go into the meat dish a bit. This can be remedied with a flat style pet tag or an embroidered collar. My cat is also about four months old and has no issue with the height. I am thankful. I no longer have to stress about being away and when the cat is going to eat, if we stay at the store a little longer than expected or something to that nature.
